Personally, I’ve opted for a 20:4 window, restricting my meals to the hours between 10 am and 2 pm. This gives me ample time for a substantial lunch and a nutritious snack, often a protein-packed coffee for breakfast. The benefits I’ve experienced since adopting this practice have been truly remarkable.
